- Please try to do the following steps (in the exact order):
- Clear KOGs: Slam! app cache and data. (This is under apps in settings ->select KOGs: Slam! and select storage OR long press on the KOGs: Slam! icon in the app tray and select app info -> select storage)
- Uninstall the app
- Clear the browser cache and history (chrome-> select the 3 dots on the top right->Privacy & Security->Clear browsing data->Select cache and history)
- Install the app
- Clear app cache and data once again. (Location to access as above)
- Open the app and attempt login now
